I’ve long had an interest in fasting, and was particularly impressed when I tried out the fasting mimicking diet called ProLon.
Since that first experience, I’ve ended up writing a number of posts about ProLon, based on my research and experience with the diet.
In order to cover my time writing content for the site, I sometimes insert what are called “affiliate links” into posts.
Affiliate links allow publishers to receive a small commission if someone clicks them and then makes a purchase.
In this instance, I have added some affiliate links to the ProLon posts.
I’ve made the decision to use affiliate links, rather adding ads to the site, as I believe it lends itself to a better user experience, and minimal distraction or interruptions.
