  • Updated Joe’s daily dose of vitamin D to 5,000iu (via discussion on #1474)
  • Added Neuro gum to the list of nootropics, based on it having caffeine, L-Theanine, B6 and B12. Joe discussed this during his interview with Rhonda Patrick (#1474)
